Sunfire Spirits Rhubarb Gin, made with fresh Victoria rhubarb handpicked from the gardens of our distillery in Norfolk, is blended with a bespoke premium Dry Gin distilled with a selection of the finest botanicals each of which are individually picked to compliment the tart and sweet flavours of the rhubarb. All of this is created to give you a full strength Rhubarb Gin with the perfect balance between tangy and sweet that can be enjoyed on its own or with your favourite tonic! 
 
Each bottle may be a slightly different colour because we use 100% real rhubarb!
