Perfect to enjoy neat at room temperature! No ice, no mixers, poured straight from my decanter. Rum is appealing for the sweet-tooth, being made from sugarcane, and of all the delicious varieties and brands, Sunfire’s toffee rum is leaps and bounds above all! My personal favourite neat spirit period! I recently poured a glass for my girlfriend and despite not being a heavy drinker, she drank it faster than I drank mine and immediately asked for another. If too full for dessert, pour a glass!
